ECOsystemIE proposes a personalized approach of Sustainable Management in three phases:

Phase II Determination of your carbon footprint and life cycle analysis, simplified through the use of our proprietary hybrid tool developed by a Quebec research team.
Phase I Diagnostic of the needs of the company and kick-starting a sustainability agenda and a waste management plan. Phase III Introduction to ecoconception of your product and services.

During these three phases, we elaborate with you a methodology that allows us to set up tracking and measuring tools called EcoMetrics and Eco Act.

Ecometrics This is a tool that allows us to calculate the increase in profit margin following the actions and steps you put in place.
Eco Act A monitoring tool based on the action plan that you have chosen to set up by different diagnoses, allowing you to better understand the improvements to implement for your sustainable approach and the management of your residual materials.

 

During your sustainable management process, we must take into account all the actions that make up the goods or services that you want to offer to consumers. Thus, we will study the environmental, social and economic impacts of your production to ensure that it is responsible and sustainable.

 

We will also incorporate standards that will enable you to produce a durable good or service. The company could choose, among other things, to implement the ISO 14001 standard to better manage its environmental impacts or ISO 14040 and opt for an in-depth study of the impacts and damages created by the products or services through a  life cycle analysis, ISO 14062 to eco-design or ISO 26000 to be socially responsible.

 

The company may also choose to eco-design its packaging by reducing the use of resources to reduce their impact. It will also seek to reduce its residual materials by applying the 3RVE strategy (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Value Waste) and implement a zero waste policy.

Several industries transform, at the end of their processes, their waste or residuals into by-products and co-products to reuse the materials in their own processes or to offer it as products on the market.
